Privacy Policy

Pro360 Finance ("Pro360 Finance", "we", "us") helps you track spending, budgets, loans, rentals, receipts and warranties, and prepares Malaysian tax-relief estimates. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are & how to reach us

2. Information we collect

• Account details — your email address and display name, used to sign you in and secure your data.
• Financial information you enter — transactions, categories, budgets, income, IOUs/loans and repayments, rentals and rent payments, shared bills, and tax-relief inputs.
• Documents you upload — photos of receipts and warranty cards, bank-statement PDFs, tenancy agreements, and payment proof images that you choose to add.
• Content sent for AI reading — when you tap "scan" on a receipt, warranty card or statement, that image or PDF is sent to our AI processor to extract text (merchant, amount, date, warranty expiry, transactions). This happens only for items you choose to scan.
• Usage & credits — your AI-credit balance and a record of scans/imports, so we can meter the AI features.
• Purchases — when you buy a plan or top-up, the payment is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded (product, transaction id) but never your card or bank details.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the app — store and display your finances across your devices and shared Spaces.
• To read documents you scan and pre-fill entries for you.
• To send in-app reminders (for example, a warranty or tenancy nearing its expiry).
• To operate paid plans and AI credits.
• To respond to support requests and suggestions you send us.

4. Service providers we share with

We use a small number of trusted providers ("data processors") strictly to run the service. They may process your data only on our instructions:

5. Storage & security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is protected by per-user database security rules, so each account can only reach its own data (and Spaces explicitly shared with it). Uploaded files are stored privately and served only to your authenticated account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records (transactions, receipts, warranties, and so on) at any time in the app. To delete your entire account and associated data, email info@pro360.technology from your account address (see how to delete your account); we will remove your personal data, subject to any records we must retain to meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Consistent with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@pro360.technology.

8. Children

Pro360 Finance is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International processing

Some of our providers operate servers outside Malaysia. Where your data is processed abroad, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
